Little Warriors (Ages 3–6)

For our youngest future black belts. Builds listening, coordination, confidence, and foundational skills in a fun, structured setting. Great pre-core training. 🕒 1–2x per week

Fearless Force: Ages 7-17

Unleash your power through strikes, blocks, throws, and self-defense — all while climbing the belt ranks. This class builds strength, focus, and discipline in a fun, girls-only space where confidence and fitness go hand in hand. 🕒 1–2x per week | Uniform required

Power and Grace class at HERyah Martial Arts

Power & Grace: (18 yrs+)

This elevated track is for teens and women ready to train with purpose. Dive into advanced sparring, self-defense, and mental discipline in a sisterhood that empowers strength, poise, and resilience. Whether you're chasing a black belt or seeking a powerful outlet, this class blends challenge with confidence, stress relief, and leadership. 🕒 2x per week recommended | Uniform required

Mommy & Me Martial Arts Movement

Coming Soon! A bonding-based class with basic martial movement, balance, and fun drills. 30-minute sessions | No uniform required | All children Welcome

HERyah Comp Squad (Competition Track)

An invite-only elite training team for students who want to represent HERyah at martial arts tournaments. Must be in Core Program Includes sparring, kata, skills and fitness intensives. 🗓️ Tryouts held 1–2x per year | Additional practice required
